kiloconnect[bot] 389c8a6f3b docs: add CLI configuration section with OpenCode reference (#5678) 
Add a concise Configuration section to the CLI documentation that:
- Documents config file locations (global and project-level)
- Shows key configuration options (model, provider, mcp, permissions, etc.)
- Explains environment variable substitution syntax
- Links to OpenCode docs for comprehensive coverage

Since Kilo CLI is a fork of OpenCode, it supports the same configuration
options. This keeps our docs brief while directing users to the upstream
documentation for full details.

     - 16 files changed across docs

* Undo conversion to Markdoc for missing images + comment-out
