Re-render PNGs from SVGs using browser instead of ImageMagick

ImageMagick's SVG renderer mangles gradient colors (greens become dark gray).
All 4 PNGs re-rendered via browser (Chrome/Chromium) which handles SVG
gradients correctly, then resized to print-quality 300dpi equivalents.
