Johan Allansson 74d8e3bf49 Referenced Libgit2sharp as a NuGet-package ...

Removed the Libgit2sharp project from the solution and instead made
GitTfs.csproj and GitTfsTest.csproj reference Libgit2sharp via its
official NuGet-package.

Also removed the pre-build events, since copying of all binaries is
managed by the NuGet-package manager.
