Conflicts:

	GitTfsTest/Integration/CloneTests.cs
	GitTfsTest/Integration/IntegrationHelper.cs

Conflicts were because extra unit tests were added and existing unit
tests were changed in the unicode branch, and this was done before
the move to xUnit.
