This commit fixes an erroneous XML Doc Comment which specified that a
ChangesetSummary was returned when, in fact, only an integer is
returned--representing a changeset ID.
Also, some extraneous trailing whitespace was removed from this same XML
Doc Comment, as well as other XML Doc Comments in the file.
