I'm not all that pleased by the interface change to Dump, but
it works and is simple.

Daniel Lee 4784e99fde Add Fetch/Pull tests 
Created tests for comparing the tfs url, legacy urls and
the repository path with mixed case when calling git tfs fetch or
git tfs pull. Used libgit2sharp to count the commits before and after.
Added support for running commands from the project directory (git
tfs clone is called from outside the project directory).

Kim Gybels f3325488fa Merge branch 'master' into unicode

Conflicts were because extra unit tests were added and existing unit
tests were changed in the unicode branch, and this was done before
the move to xUnit.

Eldhuset, Åsmund aab5d48426 Fixing CloneTests.CloneWithtMixedUpCase(). 
This test came very close to detecting the bug in #174. However, the bug only manifests itself when the difference in casing occurs deeper than the folders that are the children of the repo folder (so "$/MyProject/Folder" and "$/MyProject/folder" worked, but "$/MyProject/Foo/Bar" and "$/MyProject/Foo/bar" didn't work). The fixed test passes when 3a1d996aad is applied and fails without it.
Also, the line endings have been normalized to LF, which was the dominant line ending in the file (but seems to be contrary to most other files in the repo).

Kim Gybels 19414fba0f Unit test fix: run git instead of git.cmd 
Recent Git version replaced the git.cmd script with an exe wrapper.
Running git works for both git.cmd and git.exe.
