fetch : throw error when ahead commit and introduce --force flag
...
return an error that fetch is not allowed when there is ahead commits in bare repository
and introduce a flag --force which, when used, do fetch anyway and loose the ahead commits

But should specify the git branch name that should be updated with --bare option
Use :
git tfs fetch --bare=master
git tfs fetch --bare=branch1 -i branch1
git tfs rcheckin --bare=master

Add AuthorsFile.cs and associated unit test.
...
--AuthorsFile parameter added to the Fetch command and is registered as a singleton.
--Unit tests test the regex of the line parsing.
Updated logic around parsing the original changeset owner. This was needed to properly identify a user who had been deleted from TFS without the need for an AuthorsFile.

Got a list of changesets from TFS. Need to figure out how to handle/initialize new remote branches. Need to actually apply the changes retrieved from TFS. Need to figure out what the last changeset was when doing a fetch to update an existing repository.
