Simon Klee 6edb564a27 cli: clean up tool completion output formatting ...

Remove the └ prefix from tool completion lines and suppress
redundant patch-update rows when a patch also creates or deletes
files. Return undefined from snapPatch when no visible diff items
exist, preventing blank snapshots between tool entries.
