run: defer startup work until first paint
...
Keep optional initialization off the critical rendering path so the prompt
appears before network and heavy module startup completes. Stop deferred
work when the footer closes to avoid needless requests during early exit.

Resolve the catalog default after the interface paints so the footer shows
the model that will handle the prompt. Preserve resumed session model and
variant selection to keep the displayed state consistent.

fix(core): spawn shell non-interactively without sourcing rc files
...
ShellSelect.args() ran zsh/bash with -l and explicitly sourced .zshrc/.bashrc,
loading user functions and aliases that can shadow builtins and return non-zero
exit codes, breaking && chains. Match the old tool behavior: plain non-login
non-interactive shell -c command with cwd passed via spawn options.
