Remove stale ai-sdk patched dependencies, reformat code style
across i18n files, docs markdown tables, and TypeScript sources.
Update OpenAPI schema to rename FileDiff to SnapshotFileDiff,
replace before/after fields with patch, rebrand SDK code samples
from opencode to kilo, and add --dangerously-skip-permissions
CLI flag. Regenerate models snapshot.
