Avoid InstanceLayer.layer's lazy bootstrap import in the test graph by directly providing InstanceStore.defaultLayer with InstanceBootstrap.defaultLayer, preventing unintended side effects during test execution.

Run kilo in any project directory to launch the interactive TUI:
