Add SessionNetwork module that detects network disconnects (ECONNRESET, ECONNREFUSED, ENOTFOUND, etc.) during LLM calls and pauses the session instead of silently retrying. - Introduce session.network namespace with ask/reply/reject lifecycle - Add 'offline' session status and server routes for network waits - Show NetworkPrompt in TUI; auto-reply in headless 'kilo run' mode - Reconnect remote MCP servers on resume via MCP.reconnectRemote() - Expand fromError to classify additional socket error codes - Regenerate SDK with new network endpoints
