fix: rebrand remaining OpenCode user-facing strings to Kilo ( #192 )

Replace OpenCode/opencode with Kilo/kilo in all user-facing CLI strings,
TUI dialogs, and error messages. String-only changes with kilocode_change
markers for upstream merge tracking.
