Update session network test to use the correct WithInstance.provide API,
aligning with the refactored import structure introduced in the circular
dependency fix.
Replace direct `Instance.provide` usage with `WithInstance.provide` across
source modules and test files to decouple runtime context provisioning
from the core Instance singleton.
- Update kilo-sessions, remote-sender, roll-call, and plan-followup source
- Remove unused `Instance` imports where only `WithInstance` is needed
- Drop unnecessary `init` param from indexing-worktree test calls
- Add missing `WithInstance` import in fixture-dependent test files
Replace zod schema definitions with effect Schema equivalents in
BusEvent definitions, tool parameters, session network, suggestions,
and related modules. This aligns Kilo-specific code with the upstream
v1.14.23 migration from zod to effect Schema.
- Convert BusEvent property schemas from zod objects to Schema.Struct
- Migrate tool parameter definitions (recall, warpgrep, suggest) to
Schema.Struct with annotated descriptions
- Replace zod-based SessionNetwork.Wait with effect Schema and add
zod interop via withStatics helper
- Extract shared EditorContext schema in message-v2 and reuse in

Previously, provider HTTP requests had no application-level timeout
unless explicitly configured. Combined with Bun's fetch timeout being
disabled, requests could hang indefinitely when the network was down,
waiting for the OS TCP stack to give up.
Add REQUEST_TIMEOUT_MS (120s) as the default timeout applied via
AbortSignal.timeout() in the provider fetch wrapper. Recognize
TimeoutError as a network disconnection so it enters the offline
prompt flow.
Treat wrapped provider connection errors as offline waits so sleep and network-loss sessions prompt to resume instead of falling through generic retries.
Add SessionNetwork module that detects network disconnects (ECONNRESET,
ECONNREFUSED, ENOTFOUND, etc.) during LLM calls and pauses the session
instead of silently retrying.
- Introduce session.network namespace with ask/reply/reject lifecycle
- Add 'offline' session status and server routes for network waits
- Show NetworkPrompt in TUI; auto-reply in headless 'kilo run' mode
- Reconnect remote MCP servers on resume via MCP.reconnectRemote()
- Expand fromError to classify additional socket error codes
- Regenerate SDK with new network endpoints
