fix: suppress 'Thanks' credit for kilo-code-bot app in changelog
...
@changesets/changelog-github renders GitHub App credits with the app slug (e.g. [@kilo-code-bot](https://github.com/apps/kilo-code-bot )), not the '[bot]'-suffixed commit author login. v7.2.12 leaked a 'Thanks @kilo-code-bot!' line because the team set only contained 'kilo-code-bot[bot]'. Add the bare slug.

fix(cli): annotation check supports JSX comment syntax in TSX files
...
The kilocode_change annotation CI check (introduced in #8531 ) only
recognized // style comments. TSX files require {/* */} syntax inside
JSX templates, causing false failures for any PR adding Kilo-specific
JSX in packages/opencode/ — specifically reported in #6966 .
Covers:
- MARKER_PREFIX regex matching both // and {/* */} styles
- Updated all 5 regex locations (whole-file, block-start/end, inline, self-exclusion)
- JSX/TSX examples in error output and AGENTS.md
- Test suite in packages/script/tests/ (98 tests across 6 describe blocks)
Test results: 98 pass, 0 fail, 107 expect() calls

fix: handle pre_release flag with explicit version override
...
When KILO_PRE_RELEASE is true, always use the rc channel regardless
of whether KILO_VERSION or KILO_BUMP is set. This prevents manual
version-override pre-releases from being published to the latest
npm dist-tag.

feat(cli): publish CLI as npm prerelease when pre_release flag is set
...
When the publish workflow is dispatched with pre_release=true, the CLI
and SDK packages are now published to npm under the "rc" dist-tag with
a semver prerelease version (e.g. 7.1.24-rc.202604081425) instead of
going to the "latest" tag as a stable release.
This ensures that pre-release VS Code extension builds ship with a
matching pre-release CLI on npm, so users on the stable channel are
never affected by pre-release publishes.
