feat(install): add Windows PATH persistence via registry
...
Add support for persistently adding the install directory to the Windows user PATH via the registry. This works from Git Bash (MINGW64), MSYS2, and Cygwin, converting paths appropriately and using PowerShell to modify the registry. Also adds to the current session's PATH for immediate use.

feat: apply Kilo branding directly to upstream install script

Instead of maintaining a separate install-kilo file, apply branding
changes directly to the upstream install script with kilocode_change
markers. This ensures upstream merges surface conflicts we can resolve
properly.
