- Add Authentication Requirements section explaining supported methods
- Document that BYOK is not yet supported with agent manager
- Clarify users need to be logged in via extension OR use CLI with kilocode provider
- Add troubleshooting entries for authentication and BYOK issues
- Update prerequisites to reference authentication requirements
