feat(agent-manager): add worktree setup script support ( #492 )

* feat(agent-manager): add worktree setup script support
Add SetupScriptService and SetupScriptRunner to manage and execute
worktree setup scripts stored at .kilocode/setup-script. Scripts run
in a VS Code terminal during worktree creation, blocking session start
until complete. Adds settings gear menu in WORKTREES section header
and overlay progress step.
* refactor(agent-manager): use kilo-ui DropdownMenu, extract setup script logic
- Replace custom dropdown with kilo-ui DropdownMenu component
- Extract buildSetupCommand into standalone testable module
- Move default template to setup-script-template.sh
- Remove chmod (unnecessary since runner uses sh explicitly)
- Remove custom am-options-* CSS (handled by kilo-ui)
- Add unit tests for buildSetupCommand (Unix + Windows)
* fix: address PR review comments
- Inline template as TS string constant (fixes ENOENT in packaged VSIX)
- Log error in catch block instead of swallowing silently
- Escape shell-special chars (", $, `, \) in Unix paths
- Add onDidCloseTerminal fallback to runViaShellIntegration
- Fix misleading 'non-blocking' comments (setup script blocks session start)
- Add tests for shell escaping (quotes, dollar signs, backticks)
* fix: remove stray non-blocking label from error log
* fix: use mock.module in git-context tests to avoid cross-file mock leakage

fix: add GitContext type annotation to mock in generate.test.ts
...
The mockGitContext variable was declared without a type annotation,
causing TypeScript to infer a narrow type from the initial assignment
(status: "modified"). This made reassignment with status: "added"
fail with TS2322. Adding the GitContext type allows all valid status
values.

feat: add X-KiloCode-TaskId header to Kilo provider requests

Set the HEADER_TASKID (X-KILOCODE-TASKID) header on outgoing requests
to the Kilo provider, using the session ID as the task identifier.
This follows the same pattern as the existing project ID and machine ID
headers.

Add a dedicated local session item at the top of the agent manager sidebar
that always runs in the main repo (never a worktree). The local session
persists across panel reopens via vscode webview state, shows the current
git branch name (refreshed on click), and supports keyboard navigation.
Extract navigation logic into a pure testable function with 16 unit tests.
* fix(agent-manager): invalidate stale persisted localSessionID on recovery
The local session ID was persisted to webview state but never checked
against the actual sessions list on recovery. If the session was deleted
or expired between VS Code reloads, the UI would get stuck selecting a
ghost session with no way to recover.

Add gitUrl and gitBranch fields to kilo_meta so shared sessions
include repository context. Resolves the best remote (origin > single
available > upstream) and fetches the URL with a 10s in-flight cache.

across different entry points (CLI, VSCode extension, autocomplete).
- Add HEADER_FEATURE, DEFAULT_FEATURE, and ENV_FEATURE constants
- Add getFeatureHeader() helper reading from KILOCODE_FEATURE env var
- Include feature header in buildKiloHeaders() when env var is set
- Set feature to "autocomplete" for FIM/completion requests
- Set KILOCODE_FEATURE="vscode-extension" when spawning CLI from VSCode
- Default to "cli" feature in opencode entry point
